chest, abs, tris

bis, shoulders, and forearms

rest/cardio

back and traps

legs and calves

I think it looks good. I usually do back/bi's together, and always did traps as part of my back...I know technically it's not, but what the hell.

yea i think its a good routine..like echoscot said it might be a good idea to do bis with back because your biceps get trained when you workout your back..also you can try doing traps with shoulder...when you workout your shoulders your traps come naturally

I use to do BACK/BI's together but ever since I moved BI's to LEG day I went up in all my weights b/c the muscle isnt as fatigued so it does work, the only thing I would do maybe is do the leg day before the back day b/c your coming back from doing bi's on your last workout so do leg day then back on the last day that way your arms get a break inbetween.

if u do decide to keep bis on the same day as shoulders i would train your shoulders before your bis
