Stuck here and I can't figure it out....I've been at 260 pounds now for about 2 months now and I can't seem to get below that...I thought for a while that i looked ok but after seeing some pictures recently, i now know that i need to lose at least another 20-30 lbs....Granted i lift pretty heavy 4 days a week but i also do about 25-30 minutes of cardio on the eliptical on those days as well....I also eat pretty much the same thing mon-fri and don't eat like an animal on weekends so that shouldn't be the problem....Diet is as follows...

2am-banana with caffeine/asprin/ephedra
5am-shake
10am-6 eggwhites with a packet of grits
2pm-potato
7pm-6 oz lean meat with another potato

thanks in advance, any imput is appreciated

did you check out laynes pre-contest article in the nutrition section? it it deals alot with weight loss and stuff, you might find you are not doing enough things right to further strip away fat and calories

Your lifting heavy 4 days a week and you only eat that much food? You def need to eat more stuff, 1 potato is not a meal. Plus some of your meals are like 4-5 hours apart.

Yeah, I kinda live around a freaky schedule...I work overnight and pretty much sleep 3 hours at a time, first from 10:30am-2pm then again from 11pm-2am...I'm kind of in a bind with the eating because although I should probably be eating more to help me in the gym, that would go against my attempt in losing weight...i find myself constantly yawning in the gym out of exhaustion and the only thing that gets me through in my opinion is the NO Xplode drink...
