i would switch day 4 and 2 because you dont want ur arms to be sore when ur doing back and then shoulders

I agree. As far as grouping I give it a 9 out of 10. I do legs on day 5 also. I used to do them on day 1 but couldnt hit back hard because bentoverrows use leg power (hams) They would cramp so I now do legs on day 5.

just so u know, when u workout your chest, your triceps are invovled also, so u might wana go with chest and tris same day. also back works out your forearm too ^ ^
