what differences in diet/training should i do if i'm trying to loose fat without a hardcore fatburner

a good solid diet and intense training..is your best bet
because those fatburners only help the process

make sure that you are including cardio (different varieties), to keep it from getting boring. Instead of doing normal sets try sets with 3 exercises without rest. keep the workouts moving along at a swift pace, with limited rest between sets and upping the reps. On the diet side of things il let someone who is better informed to help you. All i can say is the obvious, eat clean food, not junk.
