I've had 2 incidents that scared the **** out of me when I train... A couple of weeks ago I was doing machine leg press and I was on low rep - high poundage mode.. So I was in the last set of, 5th rep (had one more to go), and I was struggling like hell pushing the plates. Suddenly I just blacked out, for like about 30 seconds when I woke up, I was so freaked out I just went back home. Some people told me It was because of bad diet or lack of sleep, but as a disciplined weightlifter I eat better than average Joe and sleep about 8 hours each night... So can anyone give me a suggestion? Does anyone have experienced something similar? Also, can someone advice me about the puking, i know it's pretty normal to puke while training but i just hate so much to puke...

Thanks :)

I'm getting carbs, i don't know if enough. But I've been 2 months cutting, so maybe that's why it all went wrong :O

don't eat too close to your workouts, especially on leg day. make sure you give your food around 1 and a half hours to properly digest.

the pure & simple reason why you blacked out is lack of carbs...

personally on a bulk i eat in between 8,000-10,000 calories a day...on a cut i eat 2,000 calories a day...now that's a ****in big drop, so in this case i tend to keep away from really heavy days, especially on legs & lower back days...if you must do heavys eat a good amount of carbs an hr before the WO

Were you performing the valsava manuevre? Holding your breath in other words? Blackouts are often from lack of oxygen, and if you were struggling that bad it sounds quite possible.

lack of carbs...and as said by lbj dont eat too close to your workouts...if your cutting give yourself some space inbetween and stay away from HIT mode, if your bulking give yourself an hour or so before you go into the gym to lift, time to digest and make sure you drink enough water!!!!

Dude I would double check your blood preassure as well. Just to be safe. I know I felt like that one time coming off a cycle and my blood preassure was still higher than normal. Just a thought.
