I don't know about you guys but I generally have my back get really tightened up after I a workout. It the middle of the back is the problem area. Can you give me some stretches to help me loosen it before I start working out? I think that will stop my back from hurting "as" much at the end.

Toe touches...may not sound manly but it helps

grab onto something and lean over and pull as hard as you can... real good stretch....

also just hang on the pullup machine.. but use straps and dont hang for too long.....

yeah, just hang from a bar like Pain said. touching your toes would prolly work..........if you can touch your toes, i cant.
