different size body parts!

Hey guys i need help! I, and several people have noticed that one of my arms is bigger than the other, theyr both growing but one is getting noticeably bigger, specially wen im doing a Bi or Tri workout. Also is the same on both of my quads! right is bigger than left!!!PLZZ help us out. thx

My left side is bigger than my right, upper body and lower. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Everyone has a slight imbalance!

If it is really REALLY bothering you and is very noticeable, the best thing to do would be to do exercises which isolate each side. For example, dumbbells instead of barbell and single leg exercises. Continue to progress as you do, completing the same amount of reps and weight on each side. Should catch up within a few months. However, if you find that the strength is the same on both sides and you still have a size difference, then just continue on your normal program.

Just to note: It is possible that your one side is stronger than the other, thus you are using the one side more than the other on big compound exercises. An example of this is the barbell squat, where some people tend to lean onto the stronger leg more.

You might of partial torn your bicep in the one arm which would explain it, I partially tore my left one when I was younger didnt even know I did it but one arm was bigger then the other when I started working out theres no way to fix that really.
