a pec deck is a machine that simulates a fly movement. generally, you are seated upright, and the handles are out towards your sides. you can adjust how far you want to go back, enabling you to get a good stretch. starting in the bottom part of a fly movement, you grasp the handles on either side of you and pull towards the moddle of your chest. flex hard at the top.
its an alright machine, if you want to focus on the inner part of your chest IMO. but flyes work just as well.
an extra tidbit...if you sit reverse, it is good for back and rear delt work. |
