Evening everyone,

I am looking into compiling a spreadsheet to give a fairly accurate representation of what sort of poundages people need to be lifting to achieve the corresponding lean body mass and arm size.

If you could please post your max best of any exercises you do. Please add a note for how many sets you do, what kind of breaks you take in between sets, if you're using dumbbells or barbell etc.

Just to keep a fair consistency, please post your maximum 6-8 rep poundage for all exercises that you do. The most interesting would be the bigger compounds like squat, deadlift etc but isolation exercises are welcome. Use a calculator if need be, but please state if you have done so. For bodyweight exercises like dips, include your bodyweight in the weight lifted. Also, for barbell exercises, include the weight of the bar (commonly at 20kg).

Please also give an estimated height, weight and bodyfat % as this will enhance greatly the accuracy.

Let me start:

Height: 176cm (5'9'')
Weight:77kg
Bodyfat:12%
LBM:67.7kg
Arm: 37cm (14.5 inches)
BB Squat:8 x 110kg (parallel)
BB Deadlift: 6 x 140kg
BB Bench: 6 x 85kg

Thanks to everyone in advance!

Thank you Ironwarrior and Justlift. Great lifts and measurements both of you. Keep on lifting!

A couple of things I missed in my first post:
-Please take measurements on a flexed, UNPUMPED arm.
-Please provide weights and measurements when you are on a normal carb intake as depleted glycogen stores will cause an unwanted variance.

Thanks again!

I have been receiving many e-mails from forum members with their measurements. Thank you all for that but please post here in order to keep this thread going.
