Well i just wanted to ask you guys that im 6'4 and about 205-210 and i just wanted to know that if thats pretty good size to kinda show off my muscles when putting a shirt on. Oh and i been working out for about one year already and i wanted to gain muscle but i haven't and I've workout out pertty intense and i've also eating quite alot of food. last year when i started woking out i was about 6'4 180 and now about 205 i gottin a little bit of size but i want to get muscle and cuts. What do i need to do i need help! plz comment back
You need to diet. Diet and proper cardio. Thats the only way to get muscle definition. Don't change up your training routine too much. And don't use superhigh reps because you think they'll burn fat, they won't.
