The only time I get sore is when I change my routine for 2 weeks then it goes away, your body is just getting use to it and if your still making gains no need to switch yet.

It depends on you. You should know how your body reacts to what you do. Sometimes you don't get sore until two days after and sometimes the soreness might last up to a week. It's called DELAYED onsetmusclesornessnot schedualed :-P

For me, my traps don't get sore for too long but I can be certain the day after they will be sore. My delts and lats and chest stay sore for a while longer.

You normally get sore when you do something your body is not used to like a new exercise or if you decide to train high reps when you were used to low reps.

You will know if you had a good workout if you got more reps or lifted more weight.

IMHO...if your training & supplemention & most importantly your DIET is in order you shouldn't really get sore...(but yeah i agree, it does depend on the individual)

...but just because you're not sore, it don't mean you need to train harder
