Hey sup guys,

I've been working out for about one year and my wokout routine is as follows:

bench press (3 sets) 1st-15reps,2nd-12reps,and third 10reps, but every set i go up in weights.

incline/decline bench press (3 sets) same as bench press.

military press (3 sets) same as bench 15,12,10 and i lift heavy.

deadlift (3 sets) same as all exercises 15,12,10 and i lift heavy also

Squat (3sets) same as all exercises 15,12,10 and i lift heavy also.

These workouts i do monday, wednesday, and friday. On Sunday i do workouts on my biceps and triceps.

i workout every other day and i take protien after everyworkout. I eat pretty much anything except junk food. i know this isn't the best workout routine, can anybody critique my routine because my goal is to get ripped. If needed can anybody suggest on what tweaks can i do to get the results i want.

try doing cardio, isolation exercises, and more than one exercise per body part, and also less weight and more reps but since you already do more than 12 reps your good on that for now

You are not doing any rowing exercises. Add some pull ups or dumbell rows.
Also I would stop the sunday arm workout. Your arms get worked when you work your upperbody meaning you are working arms 4 times a week which is way too much. If you want just add a couple of arm exercises at the end of your workouts.
