so you want to lose weight, but eat big still? its almost damn near impossible to lose bodyfat and eat a bulking diet, unless your on juice. if you want to lose bodyfat, do some cardio and get your diet down by searching the forum and looking up a solid cutting diet. lose no more than 2 lbs per week. that way you minimize your loss of muscle mass. thats if you want to lose weight
however, IMO at 5'8'' ,153, you shouldnt be cutting. i highly doubt your to fat. get your BF checked and maybe get back to us. If i were you i might bulk even though its the summer. |
