which do you think gives you the best results to help thickin you lats?any suggestions would help..because im tired of doing pullups!!

pullups pulldowns both wide and narrow with seated rows and bent over rows..

im going to do a tri set with the weighted pullups,dumbell row,and the tbar....i run like a mile (about)everyday for cardio but im still taking my caloric needs and more ..im growing and not losing my cardio..
