I thought I had a blood clot in my Triceps, but after I put up a post here, figure out it didn't make sense. (thanks ya people who help me figure that out) and now I'm pretty sure it a tricep tear.

What do I do to recover?

Yea def go to the docter see what exercises he recommends and what rep range, when I partially tore my bicep I had to wait a full month and then only life weights I could easily rep 20 times for another 2 months.

whats going to happen if you don't??

hmm well lets consider the possiblities..if you leave the muscle unrepaired and then continue working it out...the year can get worse. if the tear gets worse it will put stress on the supporting muscles around it because the tricep can no longer lift the load. therefore, you are putting other muscles in danger. your tendons around the area can also become damaged. if it does eventually heal, even though you ignore it, it can be more easily injured the next time and be a chronic tear. sound like enough reason to get it checked out?

as you said your only 16...why chance having a problem for the rest of your muscle building prime?

and if you don't want to go to the doctor be smart, lay off it untill it feels better. you dont neccasarily need a doc to check it out, but you do need to give it a break bro.

Yes seriously get it checked it this is why your parents get health insurance in the first place, triceps are one of the most important muscles do not take them likely there way more important then biceps.

all your muscles are important. if you feel like there is a tear anywhere you should check it out.

^^bro some people dont have health insurance, or can't afford one. they might not be able to go get an MRI or CT Scan. but even if they can't he should still lay off it on his own sense and just rest it.
