I also Train my back on leg day. some people don't realize not everyone has all the time in the world to train and put towards body building or they're sport. normal everyday people exist too. so i feel you on that regard.
but i also don't think you need 4 days off. i used to do a 3 on one off split or two off. that way you get that day of rest and you dont let your muscles have to much time off in between.
looks like this: Monday: chest, biceps Tuesday:legs, back Wednesday: shoulders, triceps which makes sense since you don't want to train your triceps on 3 different days. like other people think is a smart idea. this way they only get worked on pressing days. Thursday:off Friday: start over or off |
