Due to the crazy ass
storms in the south, the power gets knocked out mid workout.
Owner informs us that if it doesn't come back on in 15 minutes, hes closing shop...
First of all, lifting in the dark, though dangerous, is fucking hardcore. (not completely dark mind you, a few emergency lights on)...but while doing cable fly's facing the mirror with only portions of my body not covered in darkness looked like a fuckin Frank Miller comic.
It was fucking great, i pushed out the last 2 sets of my skulls/kick back superset, 3 sets of upper and 3 sets of lower cable flys and 2 sets of dips in
15 minutes.
