Training when sore body parts

Hey boys iv been thinking about this for while. I train my Tris on thurs right and theyr usually sore up to saturday. but friday i like to hit the chest and Bi's again (train em on tues) cus theyr my weak parts. shud i b doing this if tris r sore?

I smell overtraining....Your not giving yourself enough rest between your chest workouts man

If you're doing chest every 3 days, that's too much, it's not enough time for the chest to fully heal. Also remember that even though the chest does not feel sore after, it still needs its rest. As to the sore tri's... I suggest you don't. Why do a half ass chest workout because your tri's are sore? Just wait out the days and let your tri's and chest fully heal.

I train legs 2x/wk. Calves and abs 3x/wk everything else is 1/wk.

I train 3 days a weak 2 cardio days when leaning out. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Chest/Tris=day1 Back/Bi's=day2 Legs/abs=day 3 rest inbetween.

a little sore is ok but if your chest isnt sore you need to start hitting it harder not more often.You can get sore as shit from bench if you have a spotter and push the last few reps but if not hog up the pec dec for several heavy sets and then finish off with stepping the weight down

You don't want to be dieing from the pain, but training when sore is okay as long as you're not hurting your self.
