I recently tore my ACL playing football, I am one month out of surgery. I am looking for a good workout to build up the loss of muscle in my left leg. Plus can anyone suggest a good overall workout mainly just upperbody since I cant really do any lower body just yet?

so you are still recovering?

if so i read before that if u train your other leg it will reduce the muscle loss on the injured leg.

and just stick to main upperbody excercises, if you have been out of training for a while im guessing your goal is bulking and strength. so stick to excercises like bench press, pull ups etc

I am trying not to do too much, but it is so hard not to. When I try to Bench I have to use all upper body, because I cant push with my legs.

just ease yourself into it you dont want to go from one injury straight to another. only do what you feel you can dont be to hardcore when coming back from surgery
