can any one help me as i need a thicker upper chest as for my chest work out i do

flat bench press 3 x 10

incliane bench press 3 x 10

and flys 3 x 10

can any one help at all

Try beginning your chest work out with either incline bar or incline dumbbell, possibly add some incline flys in as well

i have this problem and its very annoying but as captainplanet said add the incline barbell or dumbell at the start and then do the flat version and after do either the barbell or dumbell (the one u didnt do earlier) again. This has helped me to make some progress.

When I swithched to incline dumbells I saw a massive imporvement. Might want to try that
