6:00- 5 egg whites,water,milk,orange - multi vit.
9:00-sausage egg and cheese with gatorade
12:00-granola bar
1:40-cheeseburger,fries,milk or pizza
4:00-muscle milk, turkey sandwich, water
L I F T
post workout- whey protein,weightgainer,glutamine
7:00-fruit
8:00-DINNER,multi vit
10:00-snack(fruits)
11:oo- peanut butter, cottage cheese, muscle milk. glutamine


suggestions please? thank you- mike

dinner is usually chicken terryaki and cup white rice, or rice/chicken

Cut out the sausage, pizza, cheeseburger, and fries...that shits horrible for you! And if your going to drink gatorade drink it post workout..
