hey guys, i go to ballys and i have a personal trainer there. neway, his training split with me is twice a week, first back and chest, then arms and legs and shoulders.
however, even though he goes all out with me during training, i would like to work out more than twice a week. i know you need like a week rest b4 training again, but i WANA TRAINNN. (no i cant change my trainers routine for me) does ne1 have any suggestions at all?

yea im actualy dying for my sessions to end, well actualy he teaches me very well, but yeah i want to do it on my own, thanks for the advice, and btw how do i give sum1 rep points?

If your new to training you shouldnt train alot anyways he's helping you build a good base so you dont get injured later trust me listen to him I wish I had a trainer when I first started would of avoided alot of injuries.

i actualy think i injured my freaking wrist a while back when i curled something too heavy for me and i used my damn wrist to curl that thing. now whenever i curl something, nething theres a freaking huge afterpain in my wrists. GOD I HATE IT

I worked with a trainer for 10 months when I first started workout out..it was well worth it...
