does ne1 know how to lose body fat? reason being i want to see the veins in my arm better

You want to lose body fat? No offence but I don't see why its so hard to lose fat... All you have to do is sweat and sweat some more. Sitting in a sauna and just sweating even helps. Just run... start at maybe 15 mins, then try 20 then 25 etc... Go untill you can run for an hour. It doesn't have to be a fast pace either, as long as your sweating like a mother.

It's the lazy mans way of loosing weight.

Loosing bodyfat is not hard really. Keep weight training to keep the muscles and slowly diet i.e eat less calories.

Patience is also important, everybody wants to lose a shitload of fat in an unreasonable amt of time, I stick to dropping 1-2lbs a week and it works for me.

diet is 90%....if u cut your carbs to below 50 per day you will burn body fat but u gotta keep your calries around 2,000 if ur pumping...only carbs allowed id salad and green veg..it works....or you can run 5 miles a day...

Also suggest working out multiple layers of clothes, try maintaining as little water as possible to prevent dehydration and increase number of reps for every workout. If u particuallary want the veins in your arm to bulge out , get the bench press bar and workout your "wrists" with it.

yea, sitting in the sauna all your losing is water weight, for some its tougher to lose BF than others...i got lucky with a high metab. but for others running is great, strict diet, careful eye on carbs and calorie intake and such.
