I start training today what is the better way of training 1 body part per day, 2 bodyparts perday or upper body one day lower body the next

do a search on the forum bro. there are so many articles relating to full body workouts, 2 body parts perday, and single muscle groups per day. there is no right answer. as long as your workout is what you like and thought out and prepared safely for your muscles its fine.
