shrugs shrugs shrugs.........
it's been been awhile since i hit them myself cos i think they over developed a bit but to get them that way i mostly did smith machine shrugs: do a set with the bar to the front then i used to go straight into a set of behind the back......never quite got into db shrugs but some say they're excellent.
never ever rotate your shoulders, just straight up & down does the trick, roughly the same movement but safer for your shoulders in the long run.
If you pause at the top of the movement it adds a little extra burn to it also!
