I am training in MMA now in hopes of being a top fighter in the future...and have pretty much got my whole routine down sinse the last time a posted here a while back but i was wondering of anyone here knew any finger training exersises cause thats not a strenth many fighters have and i think it could help me out alot..thanks

nah but for real i dont think there is much you can do for your fingers, you might wanna try punching harder objects every once and a while so they build up a bit of toughness and get used to hitting shit with lots of force
press ups on thumbs, index finger & middle finger knuckles...
hope you can understand that

^^Yes you are correct, if you strengthen your forearms your grip strength will increase, I assume that is what you want to increase your finger strength for...unless you do thumb wrestling.

try punching and kicking walls aswell. sounds stupid but this is the sort of training that muay thai boxers do. It makes their bones more dense and allot stonger and deadens nerves in those parts
rizzle's right, just make sure if you are going to do any bone strengthening stuff that you take the necessary precautions to help them heal properly(ask your trainers). If you don't you could really fuck your bones up in the long-run

ty ....ya i was interested cause i heard from mirco cro cop a top Pride figther that he does numerous finger strenth exersises he said it increases punching damage/power greatly
