bahh i can do 70s, i really need to do more curling, i slack off too much, i really do. I've got a new program i came up with and it works well.........start up with 25lbs 30 reps per arm............35lbs 20 reps per arm........50lb x 15 per arm and up to 65lbs 8 per arm, then i work down with each weight with 4-6 reps per arm with each weight until i get back to 25lbs including the ones i skipped by 10lb increments so i do this backwards.......65,60,55,50,45,40,35,30,25 ....4-6 reps and thats it for biceps
