
This is what my workout partner and I did today..back squat..10x135= 1350 lbs,10x315 twice = 6,300 lbs,10x405 twice=8100 lbs then front squats 10x225 three x = 6,750 lbs..add it up 23,200 lbs..actually my partner did more as he does sets of 12 but then he is a monster...lol..then we did leg curls 3x10,leg extentions 3x10 at whatever the max weight is on the leg machines..240 lbs I think then seated calfs with 5 of the 45lb plates on and then standing calfs racking the leg press machine about 400 lbs ..then we did forarms and abs..then 2 Power Bar Recovery shakes each ..each shake has 13 g protein and 34 g sugar..thats 480 calories for 2 shakes..we have been hitting the weights super heavy and these after workout recovery shakes are amazing..we're neither tired nor sore the next day..
