Ok so I am bored and responded to evey thread possible since I dont see any new one I will create one.

What is you favorite machine to use?

Mine is hammer strength decline press.

pec deck I always use it at the end of my chest workout, and i LOVE it lol... i have a huge armspan so it feels good stretching full length, then pumping the pecs

My absolute favorite machine to use is the hammer strength iso wide press. I would marry it if it were legal.

how you gonna do leg extentions,leg curls and seated calf without a machine?...other than those I use all free weights..pec deck is cool cause it gives you a good stretch and u can turn around (like my pal Mygeeto) and do rear delts..

i dont really like using machines that much...but the mid row is a good one...theres this seated curl at my gym thats pretty cool...and it sculpts nice
