not really, it leads to over training (push = chest, shoulders, triceps, quads) (pull = back, bi's, hams) = overtrain

However thats how my dad trained his whole life and hes one big jacked mofo

i think its depends on the person. but if you like it, go for it. im not gonna discredit aceplumbing because hes big already haha
