Right now i am trying to improve my upper chest, and try to develop the middle as much as possible. Although, the inner chest isn't actually a classified muscle group what exercises do you guys think are considered best to improve this area.

Also, would this seem like a suitable workout to go about improving this area, if not could you help me out:

Incline Bench Press 5x5reps
Flat Bench Press 3x8 reps
Incline Flyes 3x8 reps
Cable Crossovers 3x10 reps

Thanks alot

I think that plan looks good, YM123. Maybe rotate in some pec-dec in lieu of the crossovers once in awhile. On the pecdec, you don't have to use any of the handles on the machine. Put your hands wherever you have to, in order to keep the forearms parrallel to the floor, to keep the stress on the chest (not the triceps or shoulders) and pauce at the 'top' of the movement. Visualize a very deep crevice between the two muscles while you pause, and make sure that at the 'bottom' of the movement, you stretch as far as your body will allow (it will increas after time doing it properly.)

Hope this helps.

Spend more time on the flat bench, alittle less on the incline. Drpo the incline flys and always do the cable x-overs lasst.
