High Intensity Training. That is doing all sets to failure or is it something different? If it's one and the same That is what I do anyway! Just Curious? Some inform me about HIT training please!

Beyond failure training is what they throw in. Negatives and that kinda stuff, forced reps. I don't really do that kind of stuff.

I would think it would help someone on juice more so because you have to really push yourself when your juicing.

I think forced reps are stupid. Anytime, on most every excercise except a few, when you break form to get in an extra rep its basically the equivilant of picking up a lighter weight and repping it.

Some people might dissagree, but when you feel less stress on a rep because of body position thats because your changing how the force is applied to that muscle. Same principle as a legpress, while you may load up 1000 pounds your body only feels 70 some odd percent of the force.

more than 3 sets per exercise, not going below 8-9 reps, short recovery 3 mins at max, and every set to failure.

That's HIT basicly...

Forced reps aren't rly necessary since you do drop sets and high reps, but you should do force reps along with negative's when you do dorian's principle's of training; One set per exercise, then you rly should go ultra high intensity with each set since you only do one set per exercise.
