Does anyone know a site that shows or explains in depth how to do some of the workouts etc described on this site? I'm new to the sport and when someone says for example dips and skulls I have no idea what that is?

Can anyone help?

Thanks a lot :)

I have this book.
Amazon.co.uk: Insider's Tell-All Handbook on Weight-training Technique: Books: Stuart McRobert
It explains the basic freeweight exercises in great detail.
It is well worth buying.

ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Net is the best website to see exercises beause it shows exactly wat muscles are being used
