i had a question about a workout i seen in one step closer and some other vids , i dont know the name of it but i can say that they take a barbell and load the weight on one side only, and use a 2 handle 2 sided triangle piece . and pull it too there chest off the floor. my question is , when i lift the weight the one side of the barbell with no weight, the bar comes up to, how do you secure the barbell so it doesnt come up off the ground?

It's just a variation of a row man, it should stay on the ground unless your using a mad amount of weight, so if thats the case either put the no weight side into a corner or get someone to stand on it.

if you cant find a handle and dont want to use your hands you can always use a towel. just put it under the bar and wrap each side around your hand
