hello guys, im kinda new here.
Well, not exactly, but i havent been on this forum for about a year so..:$

I've been training since i was 16, and i have some questions for you guys.
im kinda statisfied with the body i have now (ill post some pictures if i can)
but since a week or 2 my parents told me i could only train for once a week now at the gym, cause of school and other crap at home (i wont discuss these things here)
but now i have a question..

can i keep my muscles with training once a week at the gym (chest and back)
and training my legs, shoulders and arms at home? i have 2 dumbelss of 15 kilogramms each.
i dont want to be more muscled than i am now, just to keep my muscles and loose some fat.
is it enough to train chest and back once a week?
thanks in advance,
greets me

do pull ups, dips, pushups, weightless squats at home to help that...once a week is not enough...

take bcaa's to help maintain your size

what if i order a training bench and like 4 '5 kilogram-plates' for my bumbels..

i could train with 25 kilo per arm then..

yeah and keep a lookout as you drive by garage sales and people selling crap in their yard. Just on my block like 2 weeks ago someone had an old school bench and a ton of old weights with a $15 sign in front of them. You never know when an old bench can pop up that someone doesn't use.

Craigslist sometimes has good deal in your area on stuff like that as well.
