I want to get ripped, so besides keeping calories at a moderately low level (sticking to a protein diet), what do you suggest i do in terms of frequency of training/cardio, intensity/duration of cardio and weights, should i be separating cardio sessions from weights training. How do you cut-up so that there's a minimal loss of muscle mass?

At the moment i weigh around 209 lbs (appear fairly bulky no real def going on), height 5'11", body fat's around 20%.
Any advice would be appreciated.

cardio should be done as often as weight lifting sessions for 30 minutes, especially before breakfast.

Read Layne Norton's article "A Unique Combination of Science and Experienced Pre-Contest Advice by Layne Norton." It's a sticky in the Nutrition section.
