Whats a good number of sets for each muscle on a high volume training program that consists of 12-15 reps?

Also for a high intensity 5 to 8 reps....?

For high volume no more than 4 sets..For HIT 5-6 sets

I don't know why your doing high volume with 12-15 reps. The best range to build muscle is 8-12. So, thats kinda bugging me.

And four sets is practically nothing. Even with 3 different excercises at least per a body part you should get in at least 9 sets, at the bare minimum.

I meant per exercise, didn't see he was asking for per body part, but on that note yeah bare minimum 9-12..

really depends on your training program, a good way to test how many reps you can hold on to is by

Lika lika, starting off with
1x8= 60kg - easy enough
1x8= 60kg - pretty good
1x8= 60kg - you tend to wiggle and not xplode
if you drop down in reps its becuz your broke, as said before im normaly doing 2split ! wich means that imo i have more energy to concentrade and do one more exercise per muscle !

like Benchpress - Cb flys
ect.

when i trained fullbody i only did 3sets per body part to spare enough energy for rest of the workout..

if trained a 5split im sure you would be able to do more sets

IM not sure about this, but this is how i would do :)!
