really depends on your training program, a good way to test how many reps you can hold on to is by
Lika lika, starting off with
1x8= 60kg - easy enough
1x8= 60kg - pretty good
1x8= 60kg - you tend to wiggle and not xplode
if you drop down in reps its becuz your broke, as said before im normaly doing 2split ! wich means that imo i have more energy to concentrade and do one more exercise per muscle !
like Benchpress - Cb flys
ect.
when i trained fullbody i only did 3sets per body part to spare enough energy for rest of the workout..
if trained a 5split im sure you would be able to do more sets
