you do mostly the big ones
back: deadlifts, barbell rows, weighted wide and narrow grip chins
legs: leg press, squat, lunges
chest: flat barbell bench press, dumbbell flyes, dips
triceps: skull crushers, close grip bench press, dips
biceps: curls either with barbell or dumbbells
shoulders: millitary pressing either with barbells or dumbbells
calves: donkey calf raises, standing raises
abs: hanging leg raises, weighted decline sit ups/crunches
depending on what stage/level of HIT you are up to (if you read his books) then the training will vary acordingly. |
