you do mostly the big ones

back: deadlifts, barbell rows, weighted wide and narrow grip chins
legs: leg press, squat, lunges
chest: flat barbell bench press, dumbbell flyes, dips
triceps: skull crushers, close grip bench press, dips
biceps: curls either with barbell or dumbbells
shoulders: millitary pressing either with barbells or dumbbells
calves: donkey calf raises, standing raises
abs: hanging leg raises, weighted decline sit ups/crunches

depending on what stage/level of HIT you are up to (if you read his books) then the training will vary acordingly.

HIT works well on big heavy basic exercises that puts on serious mass & strength...
basic exercises i train with HIT are
deads 4X4
squats 4X4
bench 4X4
weighted chins 4X4
train on these heavy enough will put on serious overall mass.
perfect routine for juicers looking to add mass quick

I was doing a Hit routine for about 6 months I liked it but never got the pump that I get from say 4 sets of 3 exercise per body part

My routine was:

everything was 1 set to failure {really failure}, and I did it mon.,weds, and fridays

squat
deads
bent rows
bench
military press
shrugs
barbell curls
skullcrushers
calve raises
crunches

It definitly gave me some gains and made me stronger
