when doing dips, how do you do them so you get the most out of your chest.. and get the most out of triceps??
i belive i read somewhere here that leaning forwards slightly helps work the chest more but i bet its more elaborate than that...

yes leaning forwarded does work your chest and straight down and up are when you concentrate on the triceps in general.
