im finding it hard to get my pecs to get past a certain size. there not small but there just not growing in unison with other body parts.
im doing 5sets of flat bench press reps 12,10,8,6,5 with the weight getting heavier each set.
and incline dumbell press, 4 sets.
also cable pec flye or dumbell pec flye.3 sets/4sets.
can u advise me on wat i should do.?

for building mass flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, and weighted dips. 4x8 also make sure you are in CORRECT from for you bench. Back arched shoulders against the bench, expand the chest cavity and really squeeze your pectoral muscles. Try NOT to use your supporting muscles. Aso dont lock your elbows at the top that takes the stress off of your pecs. Make sure your elbows are further out then your grip. If you have bad form benching you will not get the full effect. And if you have been benching with bad form and didnt realize it you will have to use a lighter weight when doing it in the correct from.

Give 5x8 a go on flat bench. do what your doing with increasing the weight each set but keep on hitting the 8 reps.

Pyramid: What i do--> 135x8, 175x8, 195x8, 205x8, 220x 8.
it works and you will add some mass. and if you feel really good and it wont kill you for the rest of your exsersize try doing one more set of 8, but go back down your pyramid to your middle weight (195). I call it the growth set.

people will never tell you because they want you to have hope...but people need to know that Genetics are MOST times the limiting factor if you're busting your ass and seeing little from it. Stings huh? We all have a bodypart like that...mine is chest too!
