Monday- Legs
Tuesday- Chest Bi Tri
Wed- Shoulders and Back
Thur- Legs
Friday- Chest bi tri
Sat- Back and Shouders...
Sun- Off

I want to train 6 days a week becasue I am gettting great results and I eat very healthy and moderate low carbs. I just wanted to know if anyone has any better ways to help me organize another split that hits all my muscles twice and workout 6 times a week.....I have never experienced overtraiing with this style...

I also learned how to really stimulate each muscle the right way thanks to some of you guys on here and it has helped me tremendeously. Got rid of the ego and statred to lift with my mind. I feel so great knowing that Im only 18 and people tell me that I look better everday they see me.....Its just great to be able to come one this site and learn new things everyday..Thanks guys

i'm only a year older than you, and i used almost an identical split. it's good for a few months, but then cycle onto a 4 or 5 day scheme for a good 4 months, then go back to the 6 day a week one. i wouldn't do the 6 days without creatine cause i think you will overtrain regardless of diet etc.

lol your growth will be challenged by not enough rest days..2 is not enough and 5 is too many..6 days will cut your gains if any to the minimum...

Your chest tri bi day seems like a bit to much. SO i would put bicepts with back, and move shoulders with legs. Just a suggestion, but what ever works best for your body.

Ditto - but I wouldn't stay with 6 days/week for long. Your body doesn't grow when you're lifting, it grows after, when you are resting. If you don't get enough rest in, you lose out on that growth (I think ace mentions this as well).
