This is one is new to me, but if you already know it then props to you....

go on the low cable curls machine, and put on a straight bar grip. then lay on your back with your head on the pad and do curls. you can't cheat. hope you can picture this in your head.

I don't have to picture it. I saw a guy doing these at the gym the other day, and - at first glance - I thought he had passed out & was literall flat on the floor. I haven't tried them myself yet, but when I do, I'll pull a bench over, raise the pulley up enough & go that route. (Guess I'm a germaphobe)

they really felt good though, although i would recommend doing them either at the end when your bis are already aching or with a superset

i use to do them, they are a great exercise. & its true YOU CANNOT CHEAT, lol.
marcus ruhl does them in his vid - made in germany

sounds good i'll try it out... i'll need a lot of room tho lol, my gym is kinda smallish

I can picture doing this on a cable row machine. You got everything already there, pad @ same height as bar, and foot supports to keep you stable.

Same as arnold curls or wall curls but with no strain on the lower back. Nice.

i can sorta picture it, ive done this on my bowflex machine, does really get it pumped, i really should implement this again in my training
