okay i talked to my instructor this morning and he said i probably dont need any supplements in my diet at my age or at this point in traing and that i should wait six-eight weeks to build good foundations before doing spilts. My routine i posted above or the morning routine is going to be conducted 3 times a week. Sat, Tues, and thurs morning. And Sunday, and thursday arvo, simple cardio. I also Talked to him about what diet i should have instead and he reccomended something along these guidelines. 1st meal (pre workout at about 6), fruit e.g. apple and banna and some orange juice, he said i dont want too much protein cos it take slonger to breakdown and could possibly make me throw up while working out or something, Meal 2 (after workout at about 7) something with good protein value e.g. Chicken, Beef, Tuna, Eggs e.g. scrambled eggs on toast (toast for carbohydrate value), 3rd Meal (at around 11 o clock) e.g. Chicken sandwhich or meat with good protein vlaue on a sandwhich, and if i want I oculd have fruit on the side. 4th Meal (at around 1pm) same as previous but trying to vary meats e.g. Salmon sandwhich, 5th Meal (at around 3:30 when i get home from skl) Baked beans on toast, or Meatballs and sphagetti etc, 6th Mums meal :P (At around 6pm usually consists of GOod meat, and a balnce of good veg to go with). He reckons I should keep this routine and diet for 6-8 weeks then come see him again and he will help me regulate A split routine and perhaps alter my diet with supplements or differnt foods etc. Andother thing he mentioned was with every set go to failure so basically and lifting till i cant lift no more and my from fails and he said doesnt matter if i have 3 sets of 15 reps, it could be like 20 on 1st 2nd 12 3rd 8th. And lastly as i get used to lifting certain weights he said to keep my basic rep range around 15 and to increase he amount of kg for each set e.g. I increased my leg press to 60kg today for 3 sets of 15 and I did 20 on the last set.

Thanks again guys you've helped me ask teh wquestions I needed too and I am seeing great improvement
