im thinking lower back exercises, ive been to a osteopath to improve posture and they said having strong hamstrings to reduce the stress on the lower back. Also spinal erectors from deadlifts. But if it is a serious problem, its best to go to a chiropractor and follow their instructions, but i think they will tell you to do these type of exercises. Hope this helps

This is very true. Most back problems come from muscles not found on the back. You need to also stretch the length of the hamstrings. If you have lower pack pain (like me), then you might also have tight hamstrings (like me). You got to stretch them, because when their short the back has to be used more. Bending over causes the hamstring to extend completely and requires all of the low back to perform the lifting. If they are longer then they can support the lower back.

Having strong abs can cause back problems. People tent to over develop their abs and ignore their lower back. These two muscle groups have to work together and if one is stronger then they other you'll have problems. The weaker muscle group will get hurt.

strengthen the mid section (lower back, abs, glutes, hams) it makes sense lol no point building massive arms if you want posture and balance lol
