DAY 3 : Shoulders - Hamstrings

DAY 4 : Back

DAY 5 : Biceps - Triceps

DAY 6 : Rest

DAY 7 : Repeat from day 1

as far as i know calves isnt a part of the thighs, so whne do u train them??

what do you do to isolate the chest?most excercises that i do for chest, involve the shoulders.

bench press
incline barbell press (smith machine)
dumbbell fly
decline bench press

day 2 - quads+abs
leg extensions (warm up only 3 sets)
Squat
Leg Presses
Front Squats
Leg Extensions (Heavy)

day 3 - Hamstrings+calf
Lying Hamstring Curls
Ham Tractor
Deadlifts
one leg standing Hamstring Curls

day4- delts + traps+abs
Shoulder Presses
Side Laterals
Side Laterals with cables
Front Dumbbell
Barbell Shrugs
Dumbbell Shrugs
Rear Delt Machine

day5 - back+calf
pull ups or lat pulldowns
t-bar rows
deadlifts
bent over barbell row or 1 arm row
Back Extensions

day6 - biceps + triceps+abs
Triceps pushdown
reverse Triceps pushdown
Lying extension
Barbell curl
Concentration curl
dumbell curl

day7 - rest

each training 3 to 5 sets abd 8 to 12 reps..
and guys just know that the nutrition is more important than the training.. i mean if u want the size, shape..ect
another thing.. when u guys r training dont go that heavy and fast .. try to concentrate of wut u r doing to pump yur mucsle up .. so if its heavy try to do 8 reps yurself without somebody helping u....

so WORK HARD if u really want the shape and size
