i used to be able to do 255 but do tay i could barely do 235 wtf is that bad

If you did 255 on a machine then thats one reason. If you haven't been eating right could be another. If you haven't rested enough thats another. If you have worked out too soon between days thats another. If you haven't been training right then thats another.

exactly what the first two said...

and also...dont feel less confident or depressed because it went down 20 lbs on one day. flat bench press is not end all to lifting as it is made out to be. its just one day you be fine.

i worked out two days ago and took proper supplemants at the right time and ate right but i did try some superpump 250 today and i made me have cramps and stomach pains and feel sick(damn you super pump 250)
