Just wanted to know if you guys think this split is ok....

Monday = Legs

Tuesday= Chest Bis and Tris

Wed= Shoulders and Back

Thursday= Legs

Friday= Chest Bis Tris

Saturday= Shoulders and Back

Sunday= OFF

Should I take away a bi or tri on tuesday and friday and put one with legs???

What do you think would be best??

train arms & legs once a week, get a longer split for chest & back w\o

example
mon - chest, shoulders heavy
tues - back, calves heavy
wed - off
thur - legs heavy
fri - chest, shoulders on lighter weights
sat - back on lighter...full arms on heavy
sun - off

mon: chest

tus: leggs and calves

wed: arms and abs

thu: shoulders and traps

fri: back and calves

sat: abs cardio

sun: rest

will work better for you

Look at that, you have two days in between shoulders and chest, and two days between leggs and back, the muscle groups who support each other should not be done in a line next to each other.
