Yo bros, I am having problems making my arms grow. They always feel flabby and like you can squeeze right through them. I work out 3 days a week and here is my split. Monday Chest/Tri Tuesday Back/Bi Wed OFF Thurs. Legs/Shoulders. Since Chest works tris should I only do a couple of heavy tri exercises and one or two burn-outs like strict form for definition, and same for biceps? I know you have to have strict form, but also use volume to grow. I have LONGGG arms being 6'2" and I weigh in right now at 195lbs, body fat % dropped big time to around 13 %. I have shredded the fat but lost some mass which is typical. Over the past 6 to 7 weeks I have lost about 1 to 1.5 lbs per week. My definition is really coming in now, but I feel like I am losing too much mass. I upped my carbs a little more per week(but am about to go on my honeymoon Sat)WOO HOO haha.....Anyway, since I am so tall, do I have a point to where my arms are like, that's it, that's all we can grow? Or, since I am training like I am with the split, am I overworking my arms? I am also about to start S-Drol for a quick cycle when I get back from a week off and get my diet back on track after the honeymoon. I will be training at home now(just bought a new house) with my girl so it will be nice if I want to lift heavy I can get a spot. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. THANKS BROLYS!

whoa thats alot of information.

i like training arms differently.

i do my biceps with chest, as you are already working triceps with it. so they get a workout anyway.

i do my triceps with legs.

personally i like to train arms together because i can superset them. I train bi's,tri's and forearms on the same day. And I superset my bi's & tri's.

Everybody trains differently, I find that by training Bi's with Chest and Tri's with Back I can hit my arms alot heavier because they aren't getting pre-exhausted training my back/chest.

Borat style!

hey, CNovaJason, i think my split are rather good.... maybe u should check it out... sometimes i change barbell curls with incline db curls.... it gives an awesome burn... i do it about every other week, sometimes 2 weeks in a row... b/c i find db curls to be a better mass maker than bb curls...
