outer shoulder heads

hi all
just after a lil help
on adding a bit more bulk to my outer head on my shoulders.

i there are lateral raises but apart from them what else is good for the outer head

push press, if u have a spotter go heavy
machine, military or standard shoulder press
arnold press
shoulder raises, for overall defintion

just a quick a bout the shoulder raise your talking about side shoulder raises right?

on the machine mate, yea, not lateral raises alot of ppl get mixed up bout those 2 exercises

shrugs, and big traps in general may give the impression of bigger shoulders...
really ya only need to focus on bench press (front delt head), rows (rear delt head) and millitary pressing with barbells and dumbbells which will hit the rear and front heads, but also the lateral head real well
