Would anyone who knows what they are talking about be willing to hook me up with a complete training/nutrition plan for a 3 month long summer, I am really trying to a add a lot of size this summer and not too much fat. If anyone can hook me up with one of these or some place where I can get a good workout/diet program I would really appreciate it thanks guys!

It's going to be awfully hard to "add a lot of size" without consuming a lot of calories which is going to give you some fat that you're obviously trying to avoid.

With that in mind. You really don't have to train that much differently in the summer than in the winter.

yup...well said thomas...take into cosideration, just keep calories high to carry on the bulk, its easier to lose that extra weight in the summer thru all the sweating...& keep fluids high too. & keep an eye on your sodium intake

thanks for all you guys' advice, hopefully ill be eating a lot and doing a lot of cardio with my lifting at the same time but size is much more important right now than anything else so, lift big eat big get big is what its soundin like for the majority

Maybe Freak. I like the whole 2-3 weeks bulk, followed by a 1 week shorter cut. So 2 bulk 1 cut, 3 bulk 2 cut. Keep closer to a lower body fat that way.
